Q. Does the Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) air filtration system filter out pathogens like the Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
A. Yes, our Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) air filtration can filter out pathogens like COVID-19, however we cannot guarantee that you will not pick up the virus from direct or indirect contact with an infected person or object either before or after you arrive at our facility. Due to the unknown variables in the presentation of symptoms and the length of time involved, it could take weeks for an infected person to show symptoms of the virus. Nobody can guarantee that you won’t be exposed to and possibly contract the virus, not even the US Government, or any agency. We can and do offer an environment where you are less likely to come in contact with the virus.
Q. Can I stay in my condo even when there is no crisis or problem?
A. Yes, you have full access to the facility and your condo any time you like. You own it and this is a fully functional facility ready for full or part-time occupancy.
Q. Can I finance the purchase of a condo?
A. No. Most banks and lenders will not finance a Survival Condo due to the nature of the project. That is why it’s important to have liquid funds available for your purchase.
Q. Do I pay all of my funds up front?
A. No, you’ll pay 60% down, 30% on frame-out, and 10% upon completion of your unit.
Q. Can I have a pet?
A. Approved cats and dogs are allowed in the unit as well as in specific pet areas in the complex. Dogs must be 70 lbs or less, and of proper demeanor. We will not allow dogs that have excessive barking, aggression or behavioral issues. All pets must be up-to-date on their shots and be fully bathed and dipped prior to entering the facility.
Q. Can I come tour the facility in person?
A. All prospective buyers are welcome to personally tour the facility and view the model condo and all of the facility amenities upon submission of proof of ability to purchase. Media contacts may be granted a tour and interview upon approval of our management team. We do not however offer public tours.
Q. If I have special skills that are crucial to the operation and maintenance of the facility and community, can I get a discount or even live free in the facility?
A. We have literally thousands of similar requests sent in on an ongoing basis. We may consider certain situations, though we can’t guarantee any openings of this nature. If you are still interested, feel free to submit a contact form with the details to our team for review.
Q. Once I am an owner, how do I get to the facility in the case of an emergency or disaster?
A. We have three contingency plans in place to ensure that you have passage to the facility in the case of any emergency. These plans will be discussed with potential buyers only.
Q, Where is the facility located?
A. For security reasons, we will not disclose the exact location, though we can tell you that both silo 1 and 2 are located in Kansas, and in the event of an emergency, we will be working with our owners to ensure that they are able to travel to the facility from any state based on the above noted contingency plans.
Q. What kind of security do you have for the facility?
A. We have the highest level of military grade security that offers both lethal and non-lethal measures in order protect our residents. We’ve designed our security protocols with just about every consideration that could possibly put our residents and the facility in harms way.
Q. What type of communications systems do you have in place.
A. Although most of this is top secret information, we can say that we do have all of the necessary communications systems for pre and post-disaster needs. Further, we supply direct link communications to the condos remotely for our owners, as well as full fiber optics intranet, with data-streaming for education, information and entertainment. We also have silo-to-silo network links and communications.
Q. Is there enough food, water, electricity, air, and all of the necessities to survive off-grid for extended periods of time.
A. We have all of the necessities to survive in a luxury “resort setting” for as long as 5 years without having any concern for being able to sustain our community with all of the necessities that will be needed for an extended off-grid living situation.
